The application form consists of 6 sections:

Applicants must upload the following documents in PDF or JPG format as specified by the system: 

• A copy of Passport or National ID.

• A 1-inch color photograph, taken in last 6 months; Use a clear image of your face and Do NOT wear a hat or glasses.

• Official High School Transcript (ปพ.1) – for Thai schools.

• Academic Transcript – for graduates from international schools, overseas institutions, or alternative education.

• A copy of the high school diploma, certificate of graduation, or equivalency certificate (for applicants who graduated from overseas).

• English Proficiency Test Score.

• Standardized Test Scores such as SAT, ACT (if available).

• Portfolio or Supporting Documents (if any) with a maximum file size of 20 MB.

• Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of 1,000 Baht by the specified deadline. Failure to pay the application fee by the deadline will result in the invalidation of the application.
